Rates and Charges. As every project is unique, every project is given a custom quote. Quotes are based on the type of project and amount of time and work involved. Projects are quoted as a flat
fee. A deposit of half of the quoted cost and a signed agreement are required to commence work. Projects are completed in several phases with payments tied to the successful completion of each phase. Initial revisions are included in quote; any further revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
